Abstract: ideas form a thread of lines. Purely abstract, they create shadowed and fractured compositions.

This series of works is an evolution of my miniatures. They are quasi-monochrome and tend to be minimalistic and gestural in their application of pigment and medium. I painted and sometimes assembled on large scale lines shapes and forms using color and contrast, reducing my subjects to their basic physical forms.
